Elengy is upgrading their LNG multimodal facilities in Nantes-Saint-Nazaire to supply LNG as fuel to ship and truck users and to satellite stations along the Atlantic coast.
Before the construction phase, engineering studies have been carried out in order to evaluate the main adaptations needed in the Montoir LNG terminal to be able to deliver LNG for truck-to-ships bunkering, ship-to-ship bunkering and LNG fuelling stations. Operational, functional and risk analysis studies have been conducted by Elengy to complete the engineering studies.
Once the studies have been completed, the following infrastructures are being built in Montoir:
- Open access small scale LNG facilities
- Multimodal facilities
Aiming to share the main results of the work done and hoping that other companies can learn from the GAINN4MOS experience, an executive summary and brief summary video of the engineering projects and works will be available in this section of the website soon.
